The Wayfarer’s Haven

Hello and thank you for your interest!

I am a simple seeker; an ordained Priestess whose Daoist name means “Capturing the light of the Dao”. I consider myself a Lantern Wayfarer, someone whose central work in life is to path-walk and who hopes to shed some light along the way for others also undertaking spiritual journeys.

Seeking/Path-walking for more than 30 years, I have been an ordained Interfaith Chaplain and Priestess since 2007. I received education and training with a women’s spiritual seminary, graduating after eight years and an internship. I have worked as a paralegal and /or an administrator in church and educational settings, non-profit organizations, community centers, and for a District Attorney’s office.

I am very happily married to my wonderful best friend of more than 20 years, live with chronic health challenges, and am an eager wader in rivers, lakes and tide-pools. I have a mass affinity with dragonflies. And I love to talk ‘shop’ about spirituality and religion in all forms!

Some Personal Pages/Information:

“When you are of no use to humanity, you become of tremendous use to existence. Then existence starts flowing through you, then you become a vehicle—because you are so empty it can flow through you.”
